摘要
水轮机调速器静、动特性试验的全过程包括操作、测量、数据处理、数值逼近、特定点选定、特征值计算以及特性曲线、直线和奈奎斯特图的屏幕显示和图形绘制等,可以由微机自动连续进行。本文介绍了测试系统的硬、软件,提出用最佳逼近多项式描述静态特性曲线,用系统辨识方法确定谐波响应的幅值和相角,论述了特定点的选择原则和方法,最后介绍在制造厂的车间测试结果。
The total process in static and dynamic characteristic tests of water turbine governor consist of the operation, measurement, data treatment, numerical approximating, choice of specific points, calculation of eigen value, display of characteristic curve, straigh and Nyquist diagram on the screen and graphing etc. It can be done automatically and continuously by microcomputer. And in the paper, the software and hardware in measuring system, to describe static characteristic curves are advanced by optimum approximation multinomial the amplitude and value phase-angles of harmonic response are defined by system discriminating method, the choosing principle and method of specific points are discussed. And measuring results in the workshop are introduced.
