Improvement and Realization of Clarke Wright Algorithm of Vehicle Routing Problem

对车辆路径问题 Clarke-Wright算法进行改进 ,增加体积约束条件以提高算法的适用性 ,用 Java语言实现 。

Clarke Wright algorithm of vehicle routing problem is improved in this paper. Volume constraint is added to the algorithm to improve the applicability. Implemented by Java, the algorithm is applied to vehicle dispatching system.
