本文详细叙述了通用串行总线USB的技术特点,并在此基础上设计了采用USB接口CCD摄像机的轿车副车架几十条焊缝图像采集的硬件装置,同时给出了图像采集应用软件的设计。整个焊缝图像采集系统具有简洁可靠,扩展性强的特点。

This paper details the characteristics of USB and designs the set of tens of welding line images collection of additional frame of car with USB CCD camera. This paper also describes the software design of image collection system. The whole welding line image collection system has the characteristics of reliability,expansibility and concision.
