摘要
介绍用PLC和数控系统控制链式刀库的一个案例,讨论数控系统功能在刀库控制中的优势——数控轴、分度轴、多通道、命令通道、间接寻址,提出“事件驱动”的刀库表更新法及人机操作接口的新思路,探讨大刀问题、认刀套号法及刀具寿命管理问题。
A case is introduced in which a chain-type tool magazine is controlled by PLC and CNC. The advantages of some CNC functions such as CNC axis, index axis, multi-channel, command channel, indirect addressing and etc are pointed out. The new “event-driven” method in tool data exchange and the new man-machine interface are put forward. The problems of big tool, loction-oriented tool searching and tool life management are also discussed.
