摘要
通过硅藻土胎模的加工实践,分析了硅藻土特点及其切削性能,设计了加工硅藻土胎模成型曲面的成形刀具,不但提高了胎模加工表面的质量,而且使硅藻土胎模成型曲面的加工效率提高了几十倍。
The characteristics of the diatomite and its cutting property by processing the diatomite moulds are discussed. The forming cutting tool is designed to process the shaped camber of diatomite moulds. As a result, the processing quality of the mould surface and the processing efficiency of the mould shaped camber are improved several times.
