摘要
介绍了近年来国内外关于铁路轮对几何参数检测的现状。提出了一种并联式伸缩机构作为传感器执行机构、定长测量臂的磁性滚轮扫描测量轮辋尺寸的接触式检测方案。分析了试验检测系统的测量原理及其误差,并用轮辋模板作了试验研究。
The domestic and foreign present status for measuring geometric parameter of train wheelsets are introduced. A parallel mechanism based on contact measurement scheme with the measuring probe composed of a small magnetic wheel and single length link is put forward. The measuring principles and error analysis are analyzed with related experiments.
