Study on the Root-Promoting of Roottail Cactus Cultuwed in Solution(water)

本试验采用水培花卉营养液基本配方 ,配制 3种不同浓度的营养液 ,以清水为对照对鼠尾掌进行水培试验 ,研究营养液浓度对鼠尾掌水培生根的影响。结果表明 ,营养液浓度为 1.18g L的处理最有利于鼠尾掌的水培生根 ,在平均根长和根鲜重上明显优于其它处理和对照。

It was done that the test of culturing rootail cactus with 3 kinds of nutrient solution in different concentrations,based on the basic formulation of the nutrient solution to culrure flowers,contrasted with pure water solution,in order to find the effects of the different treat ments on roottail cactus cultured in sdution.The result shoued that the best treatment is with the concentration of 1.18g/L.Which made the average length and frest weigh of roots much than the other treatments and the contrast.
