摘要
对不同热处理状态下的60Si2MnA钢和0Cr17Ni14Cu4Nb钢试样进行了试验和摸索,获得了这两种材料在常规热处理状态下的实际晶粒度的显示方法,即60Si2MnA钢用饱和苦味酸+3%~5%洗涤剂+新洁尔灭水溶液侵蚀;0Cr17Ni14CuNb钢用高锰酸钾(0.5~1g)+硫酸(8~12ml)+水(90~115ml)热蚀.晶粒显现清晰,解决了60Si2MnA钢和0Cr17Ni14Cu4Nb钢晶界显示和晶粒度评定的难题.
After trial testing on 60Si2MnA steel and 0Cr17Ni14Cu4Nb steel with different heat treatment, a method to show actual grain size of the materials is achieved. The grain size problem can be solved with this trial method for the two kinds of steel in scientific research and manufacturing.
