摘要
18Cr2Ni4WA钢轴齿轮在渗碳或渗碳淬火后多次发生纵向裂纹。对原材料及断裂件进行了宏观断面分析、金相检验和化学成分分析。结果表明,由于材料中合金元素偏析、夹杂物含量偏高、带状组织明显,从而导致轴齿轮在热处理中开裂。
After Carburizing or carburizing-quenching, axial-gear of 18Cr2Ni4WA was cracking. Axial-gear was analyzed through the macro-fractograph, the chemical composition analysis and the microstructure examination. The results showed that the element segregation and high inclusion were in existence obviously. It is the main reason which caused the cracking of axial -gear in the heat treatment.
