介入超声在肌肉骨骼系统感染性疾病中的应用

Application of interventional ultrasound in infectious diseases of musculoskeletal system
摘要
目的评价介入超声在肌肉骨骼系统感染性疾病诊断和治疗中的价值.方法采用高频超声直接扫查法观察48例肌肉骨骼系统感染性疾病患者,包括肌脓肿、化脓性关节炎及骨髓炎.结果全部患者经超声引导穿刺确诊,9例婴幼儿患者经超声引导穿刺治疗痊愈.结论介入性超声可作为肌肉骨骼系统感染性疾病诊断首选影像检查方法之一,其对婴幼儿局限性脓肿及关节介入性治疗效果可与手术相媲美.
