摘要 以三相交流电动机-弹性连杆机构系统为研究对象,考虑三相交流电机转子振动偏心时不均匀气隙的气隙磁场以及弹性构件的几何非线性,用有限单元法建立系统的耦合动态方程,并在此动态方程的基础上利用摄动法分析该系统在电磁力、自激惯性力及其他外力作用下的非线性振动特性,揭示该系统非线性振动特性与驱动电机电磁参数、机构的结构参数以及材料参数等之间的内在联系。本文工作对进一步深入研究机电系统的动态特性有较大意义。 Taking three-phase AC motor - elastic linkage mechanism system as an object of study, a group of coupling dynamic nonlinear equations of the system are established with finite element method, which are based on the air-gap field of non-uniform airspace of three-phase ac motor caused by the vibration eccentricity of rotor and the geometric nonlinear of flexible components. The nonlinear vibration of the system which is effected by electromagnetic force, self-excited inertia force and other external force is analyzed by the perturbation method. The relations between nonlinear vibration and the electromagnetism parameters, structure parameters of mechanism and material parameters are displayed. This paper provides a useful and valuable study for further research on the dynamic characteristics of electromechanical system.
