The pavement noise and the traffic noise are different definition. This article gives a clear definition. There are many factors influencing the traffic noise. The spreading route of the traffic noise includes 3 parts, the production, the spreading and the suffering. This article concludes that the traffic noise can be controlled through the layout, management, organization, laws and technology.
