摘要
对海洋沉积物的前处理方法进行了比较研究。结果表明,在王水-氢氟酸-高氯酸消解体系下, 采用微波消解-紫、外分光光度法测定总磷含量,省时、试剂用量少,结果准确且重现性好。
This paper makes a comparative study on the pretreatment methods of sediments of lakes and seas. The results indicate that determining the total Phosphorous is the best method of microwave preparation-spectrophotometric determination in the HNO3:HCl(3:1)-HF-HC104 digesting mixture. These methods are rapid in speed. The recovery and precision are satisfactory.
