分析了科学构建实验技术人员工作业绩指标考核体系的思路与方法,提出了量化加质化的实验技 术人员工作管理模式,并就实验技术人员工作量量化统计模式的确立方法与质量考核指标系统的基本构 成及运作方式等方面,给出了建议。

According to the reality of the institute, this paper has analyzed the clew and methods of the assessment of constructing experimental technicians' working achievement index system scientifically, and has put forward the application of quality and quantity methods in experimental technicians'management mode. With regards to the establishment of experimental technicians'working quantity statistical model and the basic composition of the quality assessment index system and its operation ways, etc. , some ideas and suggestions of my own are provided.
