改良点式剥脱术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张临床报告

A Clinical Report about Treating Lower Extremity Superficial Varicosis with Improved Spot Decollement

目的 :评估改良点式剥脱术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法 :摒弃输精管钳改用蚊式钳 ,术中采用弹拔法寻找静脉 ,准确快捷 ,副损伤小。结果 :采用改进术式治疗 198例共 2 0 8条肢体 ,经近 10年随访疗效良好。结论 :在现阶段改良点式剥脱术是较为实用简便的治疗方式。

Objective: Treating superficial varicosis of lower extremity with improved spot decollement can eliminate the symptom and si gn and reduce recurrence The technique is standard and easy to master The wound is small and beautiful postoperative Methods:By using mosquito forceps but vasoforceps, the pluck met hod were used to find the vein exactly and quickly in operation, with small side -injury. Results: 208 extremity of 198 patients were treated with improve d method, the curative effect was good by follow-up for near 10 years.Conclusion:Improved Spot Decollement is a practical,simple and convenient method at the present stage.
