疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用

Application of Mesh Plug Tension-Free Hernioplasty for Inguinal Hernia

目的 :总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在治疗腹股沟疝中的经验。方法 :自 1999年 10月～ 2 0 0 4年 5月应用美国巴德公司产品 (成套的疝环充填物和成型补片 )对 92例腹股沟疝患者施行了疝环充填式无张力疝修补术。结果 :所有 92例患者无切口感染 ,均为Ⅰ期愈合。术后 1周恢复正常活动。并发症 :术后尿潴留 8例 ;阴囊积液 3例 ;异物感 2例。随访 1～ 4 8个月 ,无复发。结论 :疝环充填式无张力疝修补术是有手术创伤小 ,术后恢复快 ,疼痛轻 ,复发率低等优点 ,是目前较为理想的疝修补方法。

Objective: To summarize the effectiveness of mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia.Methods:Mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty were performed with Bard mesh and Prefix plug on 92 cases from Oct. 1999 to may.2004. Results: All cases had a postoperative first intention, all retu rned to normal life one week postoperatively. Postoperative complications were: 8 cases with urinary retention, 3 with scrotal hydroceles and 2 with local sligh t projections. 1～48 months follow no recurrence in all 92 cases.Conclusion:Mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty has advantages of few postoperative discomfort, quick recovery and especially a low recurrence ra te. It is a advantage method in treating inguinal hernia.
