宫角妊娠12例分析

Studies of Twelve Cases of Cornual Pregnancy

目的 :探讨宫角妊娠的及时诊断和处理 ,以提高对该病的认识和警惕 ,尽可能减少该病对患者造成的危害。方法 :1999年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 8月期间住院病人中确诊为宫角妊娠者 12例 ,对其一些相关因素及诊治过程进行分析研究。结果 :宫角妊娠术前确诊常较困难 ,“B”超是重要的非常有价值的辅助诊断方法之一。宫角妊娠的处理方法有多种 ,但仍应以手术处理为主。结论 :宫角妊娠是一种较少见、但却比较危险的异常妊娠 ,极易发生子宫破裂、大出血甚至危及生命 ,及时诊断及适时手术处理至关重要。

Objective: To study the timely and correct d iagnosis and the proper handling of the cornual pregnancy, so that we can improv e our recognizance and take notice to the disease,and do our best to reduce the disservice to the patients that it may brings about. Methods: We think the twelve cases of cornual pregnancy that were ascertained from the inpa tients in our hospital from Jan.1999 to Aug.2003 as the study object,retrospecti vely analyzed some related factors and the treatment processes. Results: The diagnosis of the cornual pregnancy is often very difficult,and the B type of ultrasonic examination is one of the important and valuable ways.There are some different treatment ways,but the laparotomy is of choice. Conc lusion:The cornual pregnancy is an unusual one,which is both more infreq uent and more dangerous.It may brings about the uterine rupture ,hemorrhage and the vital danger,so the early and correct diagnosis and the timely laparotomy a re very important.
