摘要
目的 :评价酒精硬化治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的有效性。方法 :回顾分析 96例在超声引导下用导管针经皮或经阴道穿刺注射无水乙醇硬化治疗巧克力囊肿。结果 :96例 10 8个巧克力囊肿穿刺成功 ,随访 18.0± 6 .2 3个月后 ,6个 (5 .4 % )复发。患者无并发症发生。结论 :超声引导下经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿安全有效。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of eth anol sclerotherapy for ovarian endometriotic cysts.Methods:Retrospective investigation was made on 96 patients wit h oarian endometrimas who underwent percutaneous or transvaginal aspiration and ethanol salerotherapy. Results: 108 cysts of the 96 patients were punctured successfu lly. After 18.0±6.23 months of follow-up, 6(5.4%) had recurrent cysts. No comp lications were observed.Conclusion:Ultrasonic-guided ethanol sclertherapy of endometriot ic ovarian cysts is effective and safe.
