盐酸去甲万古霉素不良反应的观察

Observation of the Side Effect of Demethylvancomycin

目的 :观察盐酸去甲万古霉素的不良反应 ,以便临床应用。方法 :观察 10 0例应用盐酸去甲万古霉素患者用药前后尿常规、肾功及用药时的不良反应。结果 :用药中 5例出现一过性蛋白尿 ,2例出现肾功能异常。经停药后可逆转。结论 :在盐酸去甲万古霉素用药中监测尿常规及肾功能 ,用药时注意控制药物浓度。是安全有效。

Objective: To observe the side effect of d eme thyl-vancomycin for clinical application. Method: To observe urine routine, renal function and the side effect of 100 patients before and af ter using demethylvancomycin. Result: 5 patients present transie nt proteinuria, 2 patients presesnt abnormal renal function which inversed after withdrawl of demethylvancomycin. Conclusion: It’s important to monitor urine rortine, renal function and control conentration in using edmethy l-vancomycin.
