红细胞去除术联合羟基脲和α-干扰素治疗真性红细胞增多症疗效分析

Erythrocyte Separation Combined with Hydroxyurea and Interferon-α for Treatment of Polycythemia Vera

目的 :观察红细胞去除术联合羟基脲和α 干扰素治疗真性红细胞增多症 (polycythemiavera ,PV )的疗效。方法 :对确诊PV的 12例患者用细胞分离机行红细胞单采去除术后立即予羟基脲或羟基脲和α 干扰素治疗 ,观察临床表现、血常规和血粘滞度等疗效指标。结果 :红细胞去除术后较术前血红蛋白、红细胞数、红细胞压积明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,全血粘度明显降低 (P<0 .0 1) ;羟基脲联合干扰素治疗出现白细胞下降例次比单一羟基脲治疗少 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :红细胞单采去除术治疗PV疗效确切迅速 ,安全可靠 ,羟基脲联合α

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of erythrocyte separation combined with hydroxyurea and interferon-α for treat ment of polycythemia vera (PV). Methods:Twelve patients of P V were enrolled in this clinical study. Hydroxyurea was given to the cases or h ydroxyurea with interferon-α after erythrocyte separation. Clinical features, blood routine test and blood viscosity were got to assess the therapeutic effect . Results: Hemoglobin, red blood cell count hematocrit and wh o le blood viscosity were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Leukocyte decrease d mildly in the group with hydroxyurea and interferon-ol (P<0.05 ). Conclusion: Erythrocyte separation has proved to be effective in P V patients. A better outcome could be achieved by combining hydroxyurea with int erforon-α
