贝复济治疗鼻咽癌放疗后鼻咽黏膜坏死伴出血的I期临床试验

Curative Effect of Rb-bFGF on Treating Nasopharynx Mucous Membrane Putrescence with Bleeding in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients After-radiotherapy

目的 :探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在鼻咽癌放疗后鼻咽黏膜坏死伴出血治疗中的疗效和安全性。方法 :6 4例病人随机分为实验组 32例 ,对照组 32例。对照组按常规治疗 ,实验组在常规治疗的基础上加用贝复济。结果 :黏膜愈合时间对照组为 14 .0 3± 1.88d ,实验组为 7.91± 1.0 8d。两组有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :贝复济治疗鼻咽癌放疗后鼻咽黏膜坏死伴出血疗效好 ,安全可靠。

Objective: To study the curative effect a nd safety of basic fibroblast growth factor in treating nasopharynx mucous membra ne putrescence with bleeding in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after-radioth erapy. Methods: Sixty-four patients with nasopharyngeal carcino ma were divided randomily into 2 groups, experimental group and control group, patients in both groups were given routine treatment, the patients in experiment al group were additionally aclministered with rb-bFGF. Results: The healing time of mucous membrane in two groups was 14.03±1.88d and 7.91±1. 08d respectively, it took shorter time in experimentd group than that in contra st group (p<0.01). Conclusion: rb-bFGF is effective and saf ety in treating nasopharynx mucous membrane putrescence with bleeding in nasoph aryngeal carcinoma patrents after-radiotherapy.
