摘要
超宽带(Ultra Wideband,UWB)技术是一种利用纳秒(ns)级极窄脉冲发送信息的技术。在针对已有UWB窄脉冲产生方法缺陷的基础上,分析了一种基于雪崩效应理论的超宽带纳秒(ns)级窄脉冲的产生方法,并由此得到相应的实现逻辑框图和电路原理图,同时进行了相关信号分析并给出测试结果。
Based on the existing methods at present, a method is mainly discussed of achieving UWB ( Ultra Wideband) narrow nanosecond level pulse, then the circuit scheme and schematic are presented, at the same time the corresponding signal characteristics of this method analyzed. At last, the application result of this method on achieving ns UWB pulse is given.
