几个绵阳小麦亲本材料叶型性状的杂种优势和配合力分析 被引量:1

摘要 以绵阳系列为主的12个小麦亲本及35个正交组合的F1代为材料,研究小麦6个叶型性状的杂种优势,并进行配合力分析。结果表明:小麦叶型性状的杂种优势普遍存在,各亲本对剑叶开张角、叶基角、叶长的贡献较大。剑叶面积、开张角和叶基角遗传力较高,可进行早代选择。绵阳89-47、8168-0-14、陕西7859一般配合力较好,是进行株型育种的优良亲本。 12 wheat cultivars were used for the 7×5 incomplete diallel cross . The heterosis and combining ability in 6 leaf characters of Mianyang wheats were studied. The results indicated that all of the characters of F, had heterosis. The parents had more effects on blade angle, upright angle and flag leaf length. The heritability of flag leaf area, blade angle and upright angle was high, the 3 traits could be selected in early generations. Mianyang89 -47, Mianyang8168 -0-14 and Shanxi 7859 were good parents with good general combining ability in plant type breeding in wheat.
