钢框架梁柱腹板连接梁翼缘对接焊缝的破坏机理 被引量:15

摘要 考虑材料、几何和状态三重非线性,对钢框架梁柱腹板连接在循环荷载作用下的滞回性能进行了有限元模拟。计算结果分析表明,梁翼缘对接焊缝在循环荷载作用下脆断破坏的原因是焊缝两端存在着严重的应力集中,且焊缝处于三向受力状态。最后提出了设计建议。 Hysteretic behavior of steel beam-column web connections in steel frames under cyclical load is simulated by finite element method involving material, geometry and status nonlinear. Brittle fracture mechanism of butt welding in web connections under severe earthquakes is analyzed and studied based on the results of calculation. The reason of brittle factures is due to high stress concentrations at the termination and triaxial tension stresses along groove weld. At the end of this paper, suggestions on design and fabrication are presented.
