摘要
建立了全髋关节置换术后的三维有限元模型,应用目前先进的ABAQUS有限元软件,对临床骨科医学中采用的人工髋关节在多种承载条件下股骨柄的应力的大小和分布状况进行了较为详细的计算与分析,为改进人工髋关节的设计、置换和提高人工髋关节寿命提供了一些有益的依据。
A three dimensional finite element model after total hip replacement is constructed. The main biomechanics property of the stem under different load conditions, i.e. stress magnitude and distribution, is calculated and analyzed by means of the advanced ABAQUS finite element program. The conclusions offered some helpful bases for the design, replacement and long life of artificial hip joint.
