摘要
综述了已应用于某发电厂的回转式空气预热器漏风控制系统的工作原理。重点分析了造成空气预热器漏风的主要原因,提出了一种采用基于语言控制规则的模糊控制器实现预热器的漏风控制的新方法。实际运行结果表明该系统能够有效地降低预热器的漏风,使得机组总体漏风率下降10%,为机组的安全满负荷运行提供有力保证。
The control system of air preheaters leakage in power plant is described. The reason of leakage of preheaters in power boiler is analyzed. A new approach based on a fuzzy controller is put forward to resolute the preheaters leakage. The results of practical experience of the proved method show that the air leakage can be reduced by 10% compared with the case without leakage control system. The normal running of boiler is guaranteed.
