On the Construction of Ranks of Teachers in Charge of Classes Concurrent with Teaching in Universities

兼职班主任是大学普遍存在的现象,高校的教书育人工作应贯穿兼职班主任教师的全部教育活动之中。同时,兼职班主任应从搞好课堂教学、扩大和丰富自己知识领域等方面加强自我修养。

There are many teachers in universities in charge of classes concurrent with teaching.All educational activities of these teachers are supposed to be arranged around the aim of education,i.e.,im- parting knowledge and educating people.At the same time,these teachers should enhance their self— cultivation by improving their teaching and enlarging their fields of study.
