On the Affecting Factors of Farmers'Applying Science-Technology and Their Countermeasures

对农民应用科技的特点、现状和障碍因素等方面进行了分析。以提高农民应用科技的积极性和效率为出发点,从增加农民收入,提高农民素质,建立风险防范机制,提高农业产业化程度,推进农业科技信息化服务等方面提出了应对策略。

This paper analyses the characters,present state and hindering factors of farmers' apply- ing science and technology.For the purpose of making farmers more active and their work more officient in applying science,this paper presents the countermeasures from the following aspects:increasing farmers'invome,improuing farmers' quality,setting up the system of risk precautions,raising the level of industrialization of agriculture,enhancing the information service of science and technology of agricul- ture.
