摘要
一个单位,一个企业,能否产生效益,取得成绩,实现目标,都与管理方法和手段是否有效密切相关.管理说到底是人的管理,是调动每个劳动者的积极性和创造性.本文试图从"人本管理"着手,阐述在管理方法上如何动之以"情",施之以"理",束之以"法",使管理工作合"情"、合"理"、合"法",真正做到"情"、"理"、"法"的有机结合,提高管理水平和管理质量.
Whether a unit, or an enterprise can generate beneficial results, gain achievements, or reach its goals is closely linked to its management methods and skills. Basically, management is human-oriented, aiming to arouse the initiative and creativity of every staff member. This paper, focusing on 'human-oriented management', attempts to elaborate how to apply humanism, rationality and rules into management and how to combine them with each other so as to improve management efficiency.
