摘要 介绍了一种用氧弹燃烧灰化技术和酸碱滴定法测定腐植酸硼肥中硼的方法。在高压、高纯氧环境中利用氧弹灰化技术对样品进行预处理,灰化产物利用碱液进行吸收,采用酸碱滴定法测定试样中硼含量。通过标准加入法进行验证,结果表明,本方法灵敏度高,重现性较好,回收率平均为97.5%,标准偏差为1.49%,可直接用于有机物中硼的测定。 This paper Introduces a method for determining Boron in humic acid fertilizer by the pretreatment technique of oxygen bomb combustion and the analytic method of acid-base titration. Firstly, The sample was combusted by using oxygen bomb in high pressure and high pure oxygen. and then to absorb the outcome of ash by using heavy alkali liquor and to determinate the percent of Boron by the method of acid-base titration. In the course of experiment, this standard addition method was used for determining the average percent recovery. The results shows that the method has a high precision and a better repeatability, the mean recovery is 97.5%, he Boron concentration is 5.57%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.49%. It can be used in estimating the quantity of Boron in humic acid fertilizer directly.
