重组人α-2b干扰素凝胶联合电灼治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效

摘要 目的 :联合电灼观察外用重组人α 2b干扰素凝胶对治疗及预防尖锐湿疣复发的疗效。方法 :将入选病例分为两组 ,观察组予电灼加局部外用重组人α 2b干扰素凝胶治疗 ,对照组予单纯电灼治疗 ,两组病例于治疗后第 1、2、3月复诊 ,记录复发情况。结果 :观察组与对照组 3个月复发率分别为 35 .6 %、6 2 .5 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :联合电灼局部外用重组人α 2b干扰素凝胶能够有效地降低尖锐湿疣的复发。 Objective: To observe the effect of curing condylomata acuminata and preventing their recurrence with human recombinant alpha-2b interferon gel and electrocautery. Methods: All cases have been divided into two groups.The observation group received electrocautery and human recombinant alpha-2b interferon gel, the control group received electrocautery alone. All cases returned visit and recorded the recrudescent condition on 1, 2 and 3 months after treatment. Results: There was significant difference between the two groups′ recurrence rate (P<0.01), which was 35.6% and 62.5% respectively at the end of 3 months after treatment. Conclusions: external use of human recombinant alpha-2b interferon gel parcel and electrocautery can effectively reduce recrudescence of condylomata acuminata.
