多药耐药相关蛋白在肺癌中的研究进展

摘要 肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,已成为人类癌症死亡的主要原因.据统计,肺癌患者总的治愈率不足15%,化疗在肺癌综合治疗中发挥着重要作用.小细胞肺癌(SCLC)对首次化疗非常敏感,有效率达90%,但大多数患者会复发,并形成多药耐药.非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)对首次化疗的敏感率很低,大多数表现为原发性耐药.肿瘤对化疗药物的原发性耐药及获得性耐药是导致化疗失败的主要原因.多药耐药(MDR)是肿瘤细胞对一种化疗药物产生耐药现象后会对非同类结构、细胞靶点和作用机制迥然不同的其他抗肿瘤药物产生的交叉耐药.它涉及多种复杂机制,膜转运蛋白介导的耐药机制是目前研究的热点问题.本文就多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)介导的MDR机制,MRP在肺癌中的表达和预后、检测方法以及耐药的逆转作一简要综述.
