科威特原油生产改性沥青

Producing Modified Asphalt by Kuwait Crude Oil

以科威特原油为原料,经过常减压蒸馏装置减压深拔生产出90#高等级道路沥青,并以其作为改性沥青的基质沥青。基质沥青经预热、溶胀(同时加入一定量的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物和注剂)、搅拌、研磨、再搅拌、发育等过程,生产出成品改性沥青。该改性沥青的针入度(25℃)为111(0.1mm),软化点温度85.3℃,延度(5℃)102cm,弹性恢复(25℃)96％,运动粘度(135℃)1.7 m2／s等各项指标均达到交通部颁发JTJ036-1998质量指标。并在吉林省的长春-抚余高速公路上使用,效果很好。

By applying Kuwait crude oil as raw material, the high level paving asphalt 90* is produced by air distillation and pressure reduction distillation plant, which is also used as host asphalt for modified asphalt. The host asphalt can produce modified asphalt through the process of preheating, swelling (adding regular amount of SBS and addition agent simultaneously), agigating, grinding, agigating again, and developing. The property quality of the modified asphalt can meet the demand of JTJ 036-1998 standard awarded by the Transportation Department. The penetration degree is 111 (0.1 mm) at the temperature of 25 ℃, the softening temperature is 85.3 ℃, the ductility is 102 cm at the temperature of 5 t, the elastic recovery is 96% at the temperature of 25 ℃, kinematic viscosity is 1.7 m2/s at 135 ℃. The effect is very good after applied on the expressway from Changchun to Fuyu in Jilin Province.
