光开关是光通信的关键部件,是近年来通信领域的研究热点。文章从光开关的实现方式等方面介绍了光开关的研究与生产现状,重点介绍了MEMS光开关的研究与应用,对光开关发展趋势作了分析。
Optical switch is the key component in optical communications. It is the research focus in recent years. The status of research and manufacture is introduced in terms of its production, emphasized on the MEMS optical switch. The development trend of optical switch is analyzed finally.
