摘要
以丙二酸二乙酯、冰醋酸、亚硝酸钠为主要原料,甲苯做溶剂制备肟基丙二酸二乙酯,并用高效液相色谱、核磁及质谱等手段表征了产物的结构。讨论了原料的物质的量比和反应温度对反应收率的影响,同时进行了稳定性实验。目标产品纯度 98%,产率高达 96% (以丙二酸二乙酯计)。
Diethyl oximinomalonate was prepared using diethyl malonate, glacial acetic acid and sodium nitrite as raw materials, toluene as solvent. And the structure of compound was characterized by high performance liquid chromatograph, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and mass spectrograph. The influencing factors such as ratio of raw materials and reaction temperature on yield were discussed. And a series of experiment showed good repetitiveness and stability of reaction. The purity of final product is 98% with yield up to 96% (in terms of diethyl malonate).
