本文从理础和应用技术观点出发,综述了国际上近代10年来森林害虫测报的理论基础、应用基础、空间分布型与抽样调查、种群动态与生命表研制、电脑应用数理统计测报、遥感技术、信息素诱测、雷达监测、灯光诱测等先进技术,并对其发展趋势做出评述。

This paper describes the researches on using pheromone and light for insect trap-ping and prediction and other sophiscated prediction technology. In the field of insect predic-tion, researches on the technique of predicting the incidence period, size of population, extent of damage and infestationareas are related. The development trend in the techniques of forest insect prediction in foreign countries is: focussing on the theoretical basis and appli-edtheory of scientific and technical prediction of forest insects, immediately using modernadvanced science and techniques to predict forest insects, guiding the science and technologyof forest insect prediction to a multidisciplinary developmental direction, conductingresearches on the methods of systematical prediction of all forest insects and emphasing theextension of the scientific and technical knowledge of insect prediction.
