国外薄型刨花板生产技术现状

摘要 本文介绍了薄型刨花板的生产工艺和产品的性能与特点。就力学强度检测方法的改进和薄型刨花板的成本分析及应用前景阐述了看法。结合我国刨花板工业的具体情况,作者针对国内应如何发展薄型刨花板问题提出了建议。 According to structure the thin particleboard may be divided into thin wafer-board and thin oriented strand board. They are produced either conventional flatting pressor by rolling press. The technological process is largely similar to that of medium and thickparticleboard, but great differences exist in specification and parameters. The thin particle-board has higher density, with higher size consumption. It is formed by air flow layingmethod. In the high speed cyclic glue mixer, fire retardant, preservative and mould proofagent may be added. The thin particleboard is essentially of graded structure. In ordershorten the time of hot pressing and the length of hot press, a preheating pressing system ora high frequency preheating system is developed. Continuous press is especially adaptable toproduce the thin particleoard. Hot water, oil or steam is used in the hot press. Compared tothe medium and thick particlboards, the thin particleboard has high density, with a relativethe density gradient curve and high mechanical properties, and is liable to post--processing.Up to now, no legal test specification is available. Part of the current criteria for particle-board test may be used. Generally, the production cost of such boards is relatively high.When paper--faced, coated or surfaced with ultra--thin veneer, it is substituted for med-ium density fiber board, hard fiber board and plywood in many cases such as furnituremaking, indoor structure, fitting in vehicles and ships and packing.
