摘要
本文讨论了木质纤维自身胶合的问题,湿法纤维板是实现自身胶粘的典型例子,提出利用木质纤维原料生成物实现自身胶合,以及木质纤维原料表面活化是实现良好先决条件,对木质纤维原料自身胶粘的研究寄予厚望。
In this paper a discussion is made on the background, basic conception, andprimary form of selfadhesion of wood cellulose materials, and the status of research and de-velopment at home and abroad. Selfadhesion means no synthetic or natural adhesives areused and the wood depends on components in its tissue for adhesion. In the conventionalmethods of adhesion, the wood surface plays only a secondary and complementary role. Inselfadhesion the surface activation of wood cellulose and the conversion of its components areprerequisites for adhesion. In recent researches it is found that hydrolysis of semicellulosegives rise to a series of monosaccharide and furfural, which under high temperature and pre-ssure can become firm furanoids. At the same time lignin, bond strength of lignin, interwi-ning effect of fiber, bonding of hydrogen bonds and the Van der Waals force all play a rolein the adhesion of wood cellulose materials. Using this method, a pilot plant has been set upin China in producing bagasse board.
