Introduces a schema for small callcenter with corresponding software and hardware designing architecture.Existing standard of interface between computer and communication ,TSAPI protocol, is adopted here.Propose a solution to establish communication server of callcenter by utilizing CTI technique,and offer a program module which realizes the call control toward Agent and PBX with TSAPI protocol. The idea of modular programming with multithread is adopted in the whole process.As a result,it turns out to be quite flexible and efficient in control,which make the design more practical and more economical in profits.
