用双电层理论对静电产生的机理进行了论述 ,对静电火灾危险性进行分析 。
The mechanism of engendering static electricity is discussed with the theory of electric double layer; the risk of electrostatic fire is analyzed; the basis methods and technical measures of preventing electrostatic harm are put forward.
