摘要分析零售业目前需求实现模式中存在问题的基础上,为零售业提出了一种新的需求实现流程的外购选择--供应商管理的商品分类管理,这种方式将为零售业处理目前所遇到的问题提供一种思路。 On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in present retailing demand fulfillment model, the paper proposes a new outsourcing option for demand fulfillment process, ie. vendor managed category management.
