Study on SC Reengineering Based on Instant Customerization

摘要 分析了即时顾客化定制对供应链提出的要求,在此基础上提出了供应链重构的基本思想,构建了信息协调型供应链,并阐述了信息协调型供应链的实现途径。该研究为供应链重构指出了可行思路。 The basic ideas of SC reengineering are brought forth. The Information Harmonized Supply Chain(IHSC) is established and the methods of realizing IHSC are presented.
