摘要
目的 :研究如何使无髓年轻恒牙牙根继续发育和根尖形成。方法 :利用氢氧化钙作为根尖屏障材料 ,诱导牙根形成 ,治疗25例患者 ,31颗患牙。结果 :氢氧化钙根充后1~1.5aX线发现 ,93.6 %的患牙有根尖屏障形成 ,其中根尖有病变者根尖阴影缩小或消失。结论 :氢氧化钙具有刺激钙化组织形成 ,促进根尖闭合的作用 ,只要保持它与根尖周组织持续的接触 。
Objective: To explore the continual development and apexification of immature apices of young permanent teeth. Methods : Calcium hydroxide was used to treat 31 teeth in 25 patients. All cases were young permanent teeth with immature roots. Results: After 12~18 months, the x-rays showed that an apical barrier had developed in 93.6% of the teeth and radical lucencies reduced or eliminated. Conclusion: This study confirms that calcium hydroxide remains a polular material to accomplish apical closure due to its apparent ability to stimulate calcific hard fissure formation. A favorable apical closure can be obtained if calcium hydroxide is kept in contact with the periapical fissues constantly.
