摘要
本文针对武钢热轧厂翻卷机大轴出现裂纹这一问题 ,对翻卷机大轴进行受力分析计算 ,从焊接应力集中、疲劳强度着手 ,找出大轴裂纹原因 ,估算大轴的使用寿命 ,指出了日方改造设计中大轴疲劳强度严重不足的问题 ,并提出可行的解决方案。
In Hot Rolling Mill Plant, cracks are occasionally found on coil tilter's shaft. The paper attributes this phenomenon to, based on the calculation of external force on shaft, uneven welding stress distribution and insufficient fatigue strength. A practical remedy is offered for this purpose.
