摘要
采用h/D超极限螺旋溜槽对硫酸渣精矿含铁进行富集处理,并进行了生产氧化球团矿的试验研究。处理后精矿铁的品位提高到64.5%以上,回收率达80%以上,w(SiO2)降到5%以下。球团试验表明,粗粒度精矿经润磨后成球性改善,在最佳焙烧工艺下球团矿的强度可达2500N/个球。
This paper introduces experiments of acid pellet using treated pyrite slag and its commercial application. The pyrite slag was treated through a spiral chute with super critical h/D ratio. After treatment the grade of pyrite concentrate increased up to 64.5?% and the yield ratio reached over 80?% while its w(SiO_2) decreased to less than 5?%. Pelletizing experiments showed that the pelletizing property of coarse concentrate can be improved by damp grinding. In optimal roasting conditions, the strength of pellet can be reached to 2?500?N/pellet.
