一种单级DCM高功率因数非平衡半桥变换器

摘要 对一种由非平衡半桥电路构成的新型单级AC/DC功率因数校正 (PFC)变换器的工作模态及性能进行了理论分析 ,采用SIMetrix数模电路仿真软件进行了数字仿真 ,并在样机上进行了试验 .仿真及试验结果表明 ,该电路工作于不连续导电模式 ,具有很好的功率因数校正性能以及软开关效果 ,因此有很高的功率因数及效率 . The operation mode and characteristics of a single-stage AC/DC PFC (Power Facto r Correction) converter with an asymmetrical half-bridge topology are analyzed in this paper. The numerical simulation is then carried out by using the SIMetri x software, followed by an experiment of a prototype converter. The simulated an d experimental results show that the proposed single-stage PFC converter works in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and is of excellent PFC and soft-switchi ng performances with very high power factor and efficiency.
