论知识经济时代企业组织结构的扁平化

On flattened organizational structures of enterprises in the era of knowledge-based economy

知识经济时代,传统的组织结构已经不能适应变化迅捷的经营环境,扁平式的组织结构将是越来 越多企业的选择,正如管理大师德鲁克所说:"未来的企业组织将不再是一种金字塔式的等级制结构,而会逐步向 扁平式结构演进"。本文通过分析,阐述知识经济时代企业组织结构扁平化的必要性,并对企业实施扁平化组织结 构提出建议。

In the era of knowledge-based economy, traditional organization structures will no longer be adapted to rapidly changing managemen't environment and therefore, flattened organizational structures will be adopted by more and more enterprises. Just as remarked by Peter F. Drucker, the master of management, ' future enterprise organizations will no more be in pyramidal hierachical structures and will tend to evolve gradually into flattened structures. ' This paper illustrates the necessity of flattening of enterprise organizational structures in the era of knowledge-based economy era and puts forward some suggestions as to how an enterprise will adopt flattened organizational structures.
