论如何加强高值医疗耗材的管理

医用耗材品种型号繁多,应用量大,是医院开展日常医疗、护理工作的物质基础。伴随着我国医疗制度改革,必须自费的医疗费用中的一大块是生物材料,尤其是进口材料,这给工薪阶层带来了沉重的负担。以往,不少医院对医用耗材的使用管理不严格,其计划、采购和使用缺乏完善的机制。本文就医用耗材中高价值的卫生材料、器械、植入物等如何进行科学管理提出一些意见。

Large quantity of various medical disposable is required in clinic and nursing work of hospital. Due to the reformation of the medical system, a lot of biotic materials especially those imported materials should be paid by the patients themselves. This will bring heavy burden to the waged people. Some hospital is lack of perfect plan, purchase and management mechanisms for the medical disposal. This article puts forward a proposal on the scientific management of the high cost medical disposable, equipment and implants, etc.
