探讨国内600MW机组升级为超超临界参数中的技术问题 被引量:2

摘要 60 0MW机组将成为我国发电的主力机组 ,只有提高主力机组的效率 ,才能使全国的煤耗大幅度降低。要想实现这一目标 ,必须研究采用 6 0 0MW超超临界机组的必要性和可行性。经过分析 ,认为我国的 6 0 0MW超超临界机组主蒸汽压力起步参数宜按 2 5MPa ,主汽 /再热蒸汽温度宜按国际成熟运行业绩 6 0 0 / 6 0 0℃考虑。汽机型式宜考虑采用两缸 (或三缸 )两排汽型。有国外公司的技术支持 ,国内三大主机制造厂和设计院均可承担设计。 The 600 MW units will become the main power generation units in China. While their efficiency should be improved, the coal consumption of the whole country can be reduced. For this purpose it is necessary to study on necessity and feasibility of application of 600 MW ultra supercritical units. After analysis the authors consider that the main steam parameter for 600 MW ultra supercritical units would better be 25 MPa at beginning and main steam/reheating temperature better be according to the international mature operating experiences at 600/600 ℃. The turbine would better be use 2-casing (or 3-casing) 2-exhaust type. With technical support of foreign companies the 3 domestic big manufactures for main equipment and design institutes have the capability to undertake design, calculation and manufacture for these units.
