建设工程管理中的工程担保机制研究

在借鉴国外工程担保经验的基础上,本文通过论述工程担保在我国建设工程管理中的作用,探讨在我国推行工 程担 保制度的途径,最后还对工程担保机制的实施条件作了进一步探讨。
